HOW TO ENTER
ONLINE BOOKING FORM
Secure your place by completing the ONLINE BOOKING FORM in advance
BOOKING PROCESS, STEP BY STEP
STEP 1. Fill in the Booking Form
Each participant must complete a form and select a package.
- If booking accommodation, one form = one room.
- For two or more rooms, submit a separate form for each room.
STEP 2. Acknowledgement Email
You will receive an email confirming your booking details and selected package.
STEP 3. Reservation check and BridgeMate number
Your booking will be checked by our team and a BridgeMate number will be assigned to you.* You will need this number:
- to collect your badge
- for every bridge session
- for social events and excursions
Keep it safe.
* Portuguese Bridge Federation members will use their existing BridgeMate numbers
STEP 4. Final Confirmation and Payment Information
You will receive confirmation of your selected package, with payment instructions.
5. STEP 5. Payment
After full payment is received, you will receive links to register for the Open Pairs and/or Open Teams.
You must register using the links, even if you do not yet have a partner. (You will not be able to register a Pair or Team until all the players have booked and paid.)
6. Final Registration Confirmation
You will receive confirmation of your registration for the Open Pairs and/or Open Teams.

ON THE DAY
You may enter at the venue on the day if there are places available.
Late entries are not guaranteed because of limited numbers.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY IF THERE IS, IN THE OPINION OF OUR CREDENTIALS COMMITTEE, GOOD CAUSE TO DO SO

INTERNET RESERVATIONS
Early Bird discounts
To take advantage of Early Booking discounts, payment must be made by 31st July.
Bookings made on or after 1st October
To guarantee your place, payment must be made within 3 days of receipt of our confirmation
Cancellations
For cancellations before 31st July, we will refund the whole of any payment made.
Cancellation on or before 31st July
A full refund will be given
Between 1st August and 15th September
We will refund 50% of the cost of the package
On or after 16th September
No refund.
