BOOKING & REGISTRATION

ONLINE BOOKING FORM

To enter in advance of the tournament and secure your place, please complete the online BOOKING FORM.

BOOKING PROCESS, STEP BY STEP

1. Fill in the Booking Form

Each participant must complete the form with their details and select their package.

If you are booking a package with accommodation, each booking form is for one room.  If you are booking two or more rooms for two or more people, you will need to fill in a separate booking form for each room. 

2. Acknowledgement Email

You will receive an email with a summary of your booking and the package you selected.

3. Reservation check and BridgeMate number

We will check your booking and assign you a BridgeMate number.*  You will need this number to collect your identity badge and for each bridge session, so please make a note of it.

* Unless you are a member of the Portuguese Bridge Federation (FPBridge), in which case we will use your usual BridgeMate number

4. Final Confirmation and Payment Information

You will receive a confirmation email with your assigned BridgeMate number, the total amount to pay, and payment instructions.

5. Payment

Once full payment has been received you will receive another email with the links to register for the Open Pairs and/or Open Teams.  Even if you do not [yet] have a partner, you will need to complete this step. 

6. Final Registration Confirmation

You will receive confirmation of your registration for the Open Pairs and/or Open Teams.

⚠ IMPORTANT: EACH BRIDGEMATE NUMBER IS UNIQUE, AND CAN ONLY BE LINKED TO ONE PAIR AND ONE TEAM

REGISTRATION FOR PAIRS and TEAMS

Once full payment has been received you will receive another email with the links to register for the Open Pairs and/or Open Teams.  Even if you do not [yet] have a partner, you will need to complete this step.

If you cannot complete the BOOKING FORM, you may enter by email or telephone (see right or CONTACTS page).  We will also be happy to provide you with further information.

4.

ON THE DAY

You may also enter at the venue on the day, but late entries cannot be guaranteed because of limited numbers.

Early Bird discounts

To take advantage of Early Booking discounts, payment must be made by 31st August.

Bookings made on or after 1st October

To guarantee your place, payment must be made within 3 days of receipt of our confirmation

Cancellations

For cancellations before 31st August, we will refund the whole of any payment made.

Cancellation on or before 31st August

A full refund will be given

Between 1^st and 15th September

We will refund 50% of the cost of the package

On or after 16^th September

No refund.
