HOW TO ENTER

ONLINE RESERVATION FORM
To enter in advance of the tournament and secure your place, please complete the online Reservation Form (available from 1st June).

ON THE DAY
You may also enter at the venue on the day, but late entries cannot be guaranteed because of limited numbers.
We reserve the right to refuse entry if there is, in the opinion of our Credentials Committee, good cause to do so.

INTERNET RESERVATIONS – BRIDGE + HOTEL PACKAGES
Early Bird discounts
To take advantage of Early Booking discounts, payment must be made by 31st August.
Bookings made on or after 1st October
To guarantee your place, payment must be made within 3 days of receipt of our confirmation
Cancellations
For cancellations before 31st August, we will refund the whole of any payment made.
Cancellation on or before 31st August
A full refund will be given
Between 1st September and 15th October
We will refund 50% of the cost of the package
On or after 16th October
We cannot guarantee to refund any part of the cost of the package.
INTERNET RESERVATIONS – BRIDGE-ONLY PACKAGES (accommodation not included)
